34 1/2 week Preemie Intro

Hello!

I first visited this board back in October when I went into PTL at 28 1/2 weeks.  I ended up holding out to mid-November (a mixture of home and hospital bed rest) and had my little girl at 34 1/2 weeks.

Everyone was so helpful with advice and support for preparing for a Preemie.  In addition to the extra baking time, it was also a blessing to get a heads up that I was going to have a preemie and have time to prepare. 

Once born, she stayed in the NICU for 10 days (low blood sugar, jaundice and Desats) and has now been home with me for just over a week.  

 Anyways, I am happy to be part of such a well-informed group, who can relate to some of my fears/concerns and joys!

Congrats on your LO! And a 10 stay...that's great! I know it probably felt like forever though. My LO was also born at 34 1/2w and he's doing great. ::points to siggy pics::
