Iron deficiency?

So...what are the signs for iron deficiency again? Aidan has cold hands and feet around the clock, is sooo pale and all. And Alastair is getting there too. I wonder...my iron levels are always low. The both now get breastmilk. WDYT?

And yes, we'll see the doc. I just cannot get in before Friday.

I thought it was unusual for infants < 6 months to have iron deficiency because they primarily get if from their liver storage which lasts 6 months or more.  They usually check  for anemia and iron deficiency around 6-12 months of age here in the states, but has Alastair had his BW recently?  I wouldn't feel the need to rush them in, but definitely bring it up with your doc when you see him on Friday.
