I went in this morning and had my blood flow ultrasound to help my RE determine how long she wants me on bed rest, and if she wants me to do anything else post-transfer. Basically they measure uterine blood flow sitting down and then standing up, and want to see the numbers increase when you stand, which mine did, so as best I can tell, my blood flow is good.
The nurse just called with my update. She said my labs were normal, and I didn't bother asking what the numbers (E2 and Progesterone) were. At this point, I'm taking supplements of both, so if they're happy, I'm happy.
Now, for the embies. I was a bit disappointed, but still pretty pleased overall. She said all 14 were still growing, but basically only 6 were doing really well, and 2 more might catch up.
I have four 8-cell, grade 4 and two 8-cell, grade 3 embies, which are my champs.
I also have one 6-cell, grade 4 and one 6-cell, grade 3, which she said might catch up by Wednesday.
The rest were 5-cell, grade 4, 5-cell, grade 3, 4-cells, 3-cells, and 2-cells, which she said we can pretty much write off at this point.
So, here I am, back roughly where I was last time, when I had 5 to choose from at 5dt, only one of which was really good quality.
Transfer will be sometime Wednesday, and they probably won't be able to tell me what time until tomorrow.
I appreciate all T&Ps that my embies continue to grow strongly, and that we get one more quality sticky embie on Wednesday.
Re: Update on my embies

As far as we know, you have those numbers, and maybe even better!
I know I sound like a whiny b!tch, I'm just a bit nervous, because last year at this point I had 5 8-cell embies and by the day of transfer I had one good blast, one kind of crappy blast, and the rest were morulas (good, but slow growing). So, while it looks good today with all those 8-cells, I'm just nervous that things may start to crap out, especially given my age.
I'm pretty hopeful that things will go well if I have a decent embie to transfer, since my main issue is just getting the egg and sperm together to do their thing, but I'm just so nervous my egg/embryo quality might not be good enough at my age.
Sorry for the vent. It's gonna be a long couple of days until transfer, and all this is on my mind.
Thanks to everyone for all the kind words and T&Ps. They are most appreciated!
