scared and lost

this is the third time this year I have been pregnant lost the first one at 7 weeks and the second one dies at 8 weeks and I didn't know till my 12 week check up. I'm four  weeks now and I just any scared that it will happen again. I had my blood tested and they said we have just had some really bad luck. I just want better luck this time
