Anyone have experience with Down's syndrome

Afternoon ladies! Although I hang around on the TTGP board, I'm in need of some advice from you. My sister is 23 weeks, and her baby was diagnosed with Down's syndrome. We are all trying to become as educated as possible on this, but there is so much information out there, I'm not sure where to start. If any of you have experience with this, do you have any books or websites you recommend? TIA

my 5 year old son has Down syndrome.  Gifts is a great book for new parents to start with.  kellehampton.com is a nice website.

our kiddos are doing so much more than people ever thought they could do- driving, going to college, etc... love on her and get her in contact with her local Down syndrome support group.  babycenter.com has a great Down syndrome commmunity online as well.

My almost 10 month old daughter has Down syndrome! We had a prenatal diagnosis too. It was a dark time for us when we found out we were so scared! Now Lauren is a happy and healthy little girl! Tell your sister to check out the Baby Center Down Syndrome board!!
