Am I allowed to ask for T&P here?

Sooo I kinda consider this like my "home board" now since I basically post here the most. I hope you don't mind me asking for T&P because I could really use them. My mom passed away this AM, due to cardiac arrest. It was pretty sudden although she was in the hospital, I thought she would be going home today. Instead, I got called at 6:30am by a nurse telling me that I needed to go to the hospital and that it "didn't look good". She was gone when I got there, I didn't even get to say goodbye.

Right now I feel kind of numb and really lost. I've now lost both of my parents, and I'm only 24. 

Sorry, I'm rambling. Like I said, T&P would be much appreciated. And I may disappear for awhile. A bump break might be helpful, who knows.
