(Heat?) Rash on Breasts

Has anyone else experienced this? For the past two days I have had a red itchy rash all over my breasts and nipples that seems to be spreading... Seems to be heat-related although most research I have found online discusses heat rash during the second and third trimesters... I am actually away for the weekend and am just looking for some relief AND peace of mind! Any tips/suggestions are appreciated.

    I have no solid advice but just wanted to say I hope you feel better soon.  If it's heat related, maybe go braless with a lightweight cotton shirt when you aren't out and about.  Give your skin a chance to breathe.

    I think I have this too, but it's more in between my breast and on the sides. It's pretty painful.. I was kinda thinking it was from all the sweating I do during the night because of these night sweats!
