I don't have a Totseat, but something pretty similar. I found it useful when A was a little too small for the boosters and for when we were at friends houses. Honestly, I haven't used it in months. I didn't feel like it had enough structure for a squirmy toddler.

We don't have one but my friend does. She brings it with her to restaurants, other people's houses, etc. She also has one of those clamp on the table seats, but it's easier to bring the wrap with her places because it is more compact and can go in the stroller basket or diaper bag.

It's come in handy when we're at more adult restaurants or cafes that don't have high chairs or they're all in use. L's pretty good at staying still if she's eating but this keeps her from sliding out of regular chairs.
