good AP sites? (a.k.a. where did everyone go?)

I haven't been on here in forever (well, basically since the mass exodus drew my attention elsewhere), but I'd like to reconnect with some AP moms. Is this board as slow as it looks like it is? Anywhere else you'd recommend (feel free to PM me if you don't want to post here)?

It is pretty slow most of the time, but I try to comment on every post that I know something about to liven it up. There are really good days with lots of interesting questions. I would love to see this board more alive!

I haven't done much there, but I've heard good things about the API forums. You could check them out!

I didn't know there was one - lol!  Although it is true that most of the people who were regulars back when we started the board are no longer here.

All the Nesties went to ProBoards, so there was some general Bump loss. I spend more time over there than here. I don't think the AP group really went anywhere en mass, though.

I'm a frequent lurker/occasional poster, but I'll try to post more to help bring the board back to life! I miss having so many good posts to read here. Even though I rarely post, I have learned SO much from reading this board over the past couple of years.

Thanks! I don't have too many AP mom friends...most of my mom friends don't talk parenting with me and look at me like I'm an alien when I mention cosleeping, BLW, and my other "odd" parenting ways, so I like the idea of having this board to share with likeminded parents!

I'm a lurker on this board too, but I'm very glad it's here.  Nobody I know practices attachment parenting, and I get frowned at for cosleeping and night nursing frequently.

The Nest did a bunch of formatting changes and like PP said, a ton of people went to Proboards.  Don't know how much it affected The Bump.

I've been a long time lurker here, and I love reading everyone's posts!

I get a lot of support and info from the email loop of my local Holistic Moms Network chapter.   Thebabywearer.com as well as my local Babywearing International Group also are pretty AP-centric.
