Specks in milk

After I pumped at lunch, I saw a black speck in the milk, about the size of pepper or something. When I came down to pump again this afternoon, I looked and saw another larger brown speck in the same bottle. I have no idea what they are, but must assume that either bottles or pump parts had something on them. Do I need to dump that bottle? I hate to waste almost 3 oz. can I just fish it out, with clean utensils, and still use it? WWYD?
