NYC Vacation

DH, DS and I are heading down to New York next week for 4 days. DH went to college there so he has a lot of friends in the area, but not many of them have kids. Pre-baby we used to go a couple of times a year but this will be our first trip down with LO. Any suggestions for baby friendly activities and restaurants? We'll be staying at a friend's house in Queens but will be spending time in Manhattan. We are driving there so we'll have access to a car but will likely use the LIRR for a lot of our transportation.

I love love love New York. I've never been there with a baby either, and I've been wondering how we would do NY with kids in the future...in my head I have thought about the zoo and museums, but other than that I'm not sure.
You guys will have fun, though. I'd love to hear what you end up doing. It will help us in the future for sure.
