Ah, UMass Amherst lol. I don't think I could've paid my parents to let me go there haha. I went to Springfield College from 2003-2005 before transferring to UMass Boston.
Not sure if you remember on the news a year or two back about the tornado that hit Springfield, but the dorm that I used to live in got hit by it. It was nuts.
I have a lot of friends who went to Springfield, both for graduate and undergraduate (I am a health teacher and I know they have a great phys ed program at Springfield.) I remember when the tornado hit the school - that was so scary (and sad!)
Not sure if you ever went to the Amherst/Northampton area while you were there, but I just loved it out there so much! I definitely got teased for my accent too!
I wonder if we know any of the same people? Although there's a couple years between us, I bet there is someone lol.
I remember going to Northampton only once.. and part of me wants to say that we went there for ice cream? I can't remember, but it was definitely a cute/welcoming town.
And holy crap that other video is hilarious.. I laughed almost the whole way through it lol

I know a few people who went to Springfield for Physical Education and/or Athletic Training.
I love the Boston guys video so much! It's all so true. Not sure if you've seen this one yet - it's pretty funny. The Real Housewives of South Boston:
