Supply question with Mastitis
I was diagnosed with mastitis yesterday and started antibiotics. Since developing the mastitis, my supply has dropped drastically. My DS is having a hard time latching on that side and when I pump I am barely getting 1/2 oz. I normally get 2 ozs. DS is 2 weeks old.
Is this a normal response to mastitis? Will my supply return once the antibiotics start kicking in?
