Dairy question

My LO seems to get really gassy and cranky if I drink cow's milk.  She seems to do fine with cheese though.  How do you think she would do with yogurt?  I couldn't stand yogurt while I was pregnant, but now 4 months pp I had a sudden craving for it.

With DD I had to cut out milk bc she was gassy if I did. She never had an issue with milk other than when I was bfing.
