Baby Names

Help me decide! Boy name CP

I'm having a terrible time coming up with a name for this child... Back story, I have two little boys, Ashton and Braxton. The whole "ABC" thing wasn't intentional with them, but I'm trying to keep it going and thus, want a "C" name for my third little boy. Problem is, C names suck...

  • I am probably in the minority, but I like Campbell the best with your other boys' names.

If you want a C name, what about

    Crispin

    Cormac

    Conrad

    Collins

    Cooper

    Carter

    Cillian

    Cyan

    Colby

    Cody

    Good luck!

  • Are any of these family names? That could sway my vote. Otherwise, Charlie (full name Charles)

  • My favorite is Charlie, but I think Campbell or Camden matches better with your boys. I voted Campbell.

  • I like Camden and Chandler. I just named my DS Camden James and i get a lot of compliments on it. Chandler was on my list but my DH vetoed it. I also like a PP's suggestion of Caleb.

I feel like you've also trapped yourself into an -on ending with your older children, so Cameron actually would work with that too.

This.  I also like PP's suggestion of Caleb.

If you can't find a C name you really like, you don't *have* to keep up with the alphabet thing.  Better to find a name you really love, whatever letter it starts with.

Pardon my french, but all I think if is a s***hole in NJ.

Im with the "none, but Charlie as Nn for Charles" group

Definitely. I grew up in NJ and that's all I think of, too. My favorite C names are Cade, Cody, Carter, Carson, Chase, Christian, Caleb..

  • I've only heard of girls named Campbell, so I wouldn't use that for a boy. Camden, NJ is the murder capital of the US. Charlie is cute, although it works best as a nickname for Charles.

I actually like Chandler (and it got my vote) and although I don't like Camden, it probably goes best with your other sons names.

    This for me too.

Only suggestion I can think of is Carlton, even though that screams Fresh Prince of Bel Air to me. It keeps the alphabet themed and -ton ending sibset you have going on.

ETA: Carlo would make a cute NN, in a Leo/Theo/Milo/Arlo sort of way.
