Whopping Cough FML!

in TTC After a Loss

3 confirmed cases of whopping cough in the classroom I work in...are you kidding me!!! I now I have to have my titers drawn to see if I need a booster since we are trtyin to get pregnant...ugh!

    BFP #1 11/27/11 EDD 08/08/12 M/C 01/27/12 12 wks 2 days
    BFP #2 04/25/12 EDD 01/04/13(?) confirmed ectopic 05/16/12 6 wks 5 days 2 doses of MTX-Lost left tube on 05/25/12 Back to TTC, earlier than originally expected.
    BFP #3 01/05/13 EDD 09/17/13 u/s 1/24/13-great appt, measuring 2 days ahead, NT scan 3/11/13-great scan measuring 4 days ahead, A/S 4/29/13-another great scan can't wait to meet my baby BOY!!!!!

    We had a major whooping cough scare in my area when I had my son two years ago and it was required that my entire family (anyone having contact with the infant) had to get the shot. It is even required for all students attending high school in our area now. Scary stuff!

    My OB just had me get my booster since we are TTC. FX that you do not need the booster.

    I have an appt today at 3 to get the vaccine...they kids in our class all sound awful. And of course we can't "tell" anyone because of confidental issues, the health dept. wouldn't even tell us who, luckliy for us the kids parents came and told us...
