Ikea has a tool kit but it is felt. It has a belt and is very cute. But for a wooden tool kit - this one is on our wish list. You can't go wrong with melissa and doug, IMO.

IKEA also has this one that is not felt. It was $7.99 so we went ahead and got it for DD for Christmas. She hasn't gotten it yet so no reviews but figured we couldn't go wrong for the price, if you have an IKEA close by.
Re: toy tool kit recommendations?
We have the one PP linked, DS loves it, there's alot of pieces to play with and bang together.
We also have this one https://www.amazon.com/Little-Tikes-DiscoverSounds-Tool-Box/dp/B000067PUP/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1354210998&sr=8-3&keywords=fisher+price+tool+box DS likes the sounds it makes and he loves to carry it around everywhere
I was going to buy the Ikea one, but you ladies make a great point about LOs liking to bang the toys to make noise...
