Can I use these eggs?

The carton says Nov 26, but that's the sell by date and I can technically use them a week or two longer... Right?  Because I need cookies, dammit.

I'm pretty sure the USDA recommends that you use them within 3-5 weeks of the store's sell by date.

This, though I still probably wouldn't use them.  I'm freaky about food expiration dates.  I don't take them as sell by.  They are eat by for me.
