Hungry. all.the.time.

I know about growth spurts but don't think that is what we are dealing with because she only does this during the day and sleeps well at night.  But LO is fussy most of the day (and is usually calmed by more food 9 times out of 10).  I swear it feels like she is on me 98% of the day time hours.  I have even given bottles of EBM in between to give my breasts a break (I know, not the best thing for supply/demand but I feel like she isn't getting enough BM from nursing).  Has anyone dealt with this?  Is it really possible that she is hungry all day long?  Don't get me wrong, she will nap 2-3 times a day but is definitely more fussy than usual.  Thoughts?
