We start bedtime at about 7pm, sometimes as early as 6:30pm if DS is super tired and fussy, but never later. He is asleep by 7:30pm, or 7pm if we start early. He is usually up for the day around 7am or 8am.
Morning nap is usually 2 hours after he wakes, and is never longer than 45mins, by his choice. Afternoon nap is usually 2 or 3 hours after he wakes from his first nap and lasts about 2 or 2.5 hours. The latest I let him nap until is 5pm, but I rarely wake him from a nap.
None of that is scheduled or set in stone. I follow DS's cues and that's his typical pattern. Although, I should mention he went months without napping so this is a huuuuge difference.
DS goes to bed between 7:00 and 8:00. He wakes up several times in the night but goes back to sleep when we put his paci back. He wakes up around 5:00 AM to eat, then goes back to sleep until 6:30 or 7:00. After that, he is awake for 2 hours, takes a 30-45 minute nap, rinse, and repeat. He usually takes 3 or 4 short naps a day. He wakes up cranky, so I wish he napped a little longer, but nothing I have tried has gotten a longer nap out of him yet.
DD goes down between 7-7:30. Wake up time is 6-6:30. She takes four naps a day that are 45 min.-1 hour long. She is pretty good about going down for naps, but her last nap of the day is HORRIBLE. It is usually around 4:30 and she is clearly tired, but fights it. But, if I don't put her down she is cranky and will never make it all the way until bedtime.
DD just turned 5m on 11/26. We start bedtime at 6:30 with a feed and she is usually down by 7-7:30. If she goes past that time, she usually has a big ol' meltdown. Wakes officially around 7:30-8am. She will usually sleep through the night until 6ish, but sometimes wakes for a snack around 2. For naps- it's pretty much every 2-3h during the day. She went from cat-napping to taking 1.5-2h naps out of the blue a few weeks ago. So she usually gets one long morning and one long afternoon nap and maybe a short re-boot nap around 5 so she can make it to bedtime...it all depends on when she took her afternoon nap. Some days she fights sleep hard and others (such as today) she goes down without much of a fight. Overall, she's a decent sleeper...but a fussy...sloooowwww eater. I'd rather she be a good sleeper and a picky eater, though.
Thanks everyone. MY LO seems to be about the same. I put her down around 7:30 she sleeps till about 1:30 for feeding then wakes up about 4:45 sometimes will go back to sleep sometimes not.. usually takes a small morning nap, then a decent after noon one, and fights a later afternoon one.
wow some of your little ones take really long naps. Ds is in bed by 7 and up around 7. Nap around 9 to 10 I can usually get him down a little longer after the 45 minute wake up. Then nap again at 12:30 or 1 to 2 then nap from 4-5. Can't wait till there are less naps and hopefully longer.

Up at 6am to eat and so I can spend some time with her before work.
Nap at 7:30 - 10 (or 8 -11). Up again to eat, play for a bit.
Naps 11 to 2 (or 12-3). Up again to eat, play, hang out in her swing, cat nap.
Eats again around 5, plays, cat nap for maybe 30 minutes.
Eats again around 7:30.
Bed between 8 and 8:30.
She's quite the cat napper and sleeps through the night like an angel. We are quite lucky!
Up between 7-8 a.m.
Nap between 9:30-10 a.m.
Another nap around 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
We start bedtime routine at 8 p.m. and LO is in his crib sleeping by 9:30 p.m.
If we put him to bed any earlier than 9 p.m., he does not STTN.
