Lanolin and Eczema

After dishing out so much money, I've found the best treatment for LO's eczema is lanolin. I don't like the price however. I use medela lanolin and it is about $10 for a small tube. I use 1 tube per week. I read in Baby Bargains that the brand Corona lanolin is good. Yes, it is for horses but they claim it works just as well and it less expensive.  Has anyone used corona lanolin to treat LO's eczema? Or do you know of an economy size lanolin brand that is safe for babies?
