So I'm finally (after having it on my internal to-do list for months now) trying my first Dinner: A Love Story recipe!! I found myself on the site the other day and got instantly sucked in. I'm so mad at myself for putting it off for so long! I need some easy, fast, and still relatively healthy go-tos (especially these next couple weeks while H is in recovery mode) so tonight we're trying the Black Bean and Goat Cheese Quesadillas.
I guess there really isn't a point to this post - just to share Any other quick-n-easy recommendations?
Re: Cleigh
I need some easy healthy recipies too! I'm looking forward to what people suggest!
Hope your LO is doing well!
Anyways, yum! Let me know how they are. You HAVE to make the pork ragu and the white bean and kale stew! Those are probably the two best recipes I've picked up from her blog. I have a ton from her book!
How is the little patient doing today?? I wish we lived closer... I would bring you a meal! B would love to 'meet' H.

The book is already on my Christmas list! I'll add those three to my dinner menu for next week - so excited to have some good ones to try. DH will flip over the tortilla pie.
Hughitt is doing great! He's almost back up to his daily milk intake and I even got a little half-smile out of him this this morning
No painkillers yet today, so that's a good sign. He'll be good as new in no time, I'm sure.
Proud Mama to cleft cutie
That's amazing, what a little trooper!! Keep me posted on the recipes, I really hope you guys enjoy!
