Snow Boots

I want to get Lo snow boots but she's only a size 4 and I can't find anything under a 5. Snow boots usually run big (E is a 12.5 and I just bought him size 11 snow boots because the size 7s he had are a little too small finally lol) so I am hesitant to order some and find out they are huge. I saw Robeez and Crocs in her size on Amazon but all the reviews say they really aren't good for playing in the snow because they are too soft/not waterproof enough. I don't really recognize any of the other brands. Anyone have some they would recommend?

Re: Snow Boots

  • We got a pair of size 4s at Wal-Mart (only store that carries them smaller than 5 that I've found so far).  I think they're Ice Fields, but that might be a Canadian company.

    Natalie is also 2-3.

I found a cute pink pair at Walmart for her. They had size 2...I really haven't had much luck other than that though. They just don't make shoes small enough for walking toddlers!

  • For the LOs with itty bitty feet still, maybe something like Stonz would work?  Friends of ours used these last year for their little girl.  It's a waterproof bootie that goes over their shoes, from what I understand, and they come in all sizes.  https://www.stonzwear.com/

  • The children's place had lots of 2, 3, and 4's when I went! I needed 5's, didn't have a single pair! I ended up with a 6, turns out the city we live in has a lot of little guys needing size 5,
    Couldn't find them anywhere!!

I just looked and I guess I couldn't find them because it looks they only sell "boys" ones. This is a dumb question but are boys and girls shoe sizes the same?

  • We are getting Gator the Tundra "Teddy" boots. They open all the way down for easy access and have fuzzy insides. They start at size 4. We are ordering from Zappos.com and getting the boy colors. They have lots of pink shades, purple, and white colors for girls. But we want to be able to use them again so we are shopping the boys and getting black boots with gray insides.

I didn't click through all of the baby boots, because I'm at the doctor's office. These were the first ones listed and have small sizes:

I think they would be the same size! But I honesty don't know! I can't believe that they don't sell girls winter boots, that is just silly! Girls deserve to play in the snow too!'n
