Favorite thing about the holidays when you were young? I loved the thought of both giving and getting presents. My grandparents were always so excited for everything we got them, so it was extra fun to give to them!
Where did you go to celebrate? We started at home on Christmas morning, then we went to my Dad's parents' house, then we went to my mom's grandma's house where her whole family was.
How long did you believe in Santa (or, did you at all?) I guess I always kind of knew it wasn't real (at least as far back as I could remember), but I really, really wanted to believe for a long time.
Best gift as a kid? I think I was most excited when I got my own TV for my room.
Has your holiday routine changed a lot now that you are an adult? Not a lot. We stay at home in the morning, then go to my parents', and then go to my aunt's house to see my mom's family. My grandfathers both passed away, so the only one left on my dad's side is my grandma who is in a nursing home, so we usually stop by there for a little while too.
Favorite thing about the holidays when you were young? I loved having all my family together and anxiously waiting until midnight to open our gifts and see everyone's face! Where did you go to celebrate? Usually my mommas house How long did you believe in Santa or, did you at all? Don't remember Best gift as a kid? Barbies!! Has your holiday routine changed a lot now that you are an adult? Heck yes I'm not in WA with the rest of my family : nbsp;
Favorite thing about the holidays when you were young? The overall "cheer" of the season. And the gifts
Where did you go to celebrate? My grandma's
How long did you believe in Santa (or, did you at all?) Until I was 6 and my older brother told me he wasn't real
Best gift as a kid? My hampster! Hammy.
Has your holiday routine changed a lot now that you are an adult? Not at all. I'm still the baby of the family (except for my son), so we're both overly spoiled.We do everything exactly as it's been done since I was little.
Favorite thing about the holidays when you were young? Opening a present on Christmas Eve... And decorating my own tree in my room.
Where did you go to celebrate? Xmas eve at my sister's (she's 13 yrs older than me), Christmas at home
How long did you believe in Santa (or, did you at all?) till first grade. My brothe and I were sleeping on the floor in my grandparents' house, and my grandma came in to go to bed and told my very hard of hearing grandpa that my parents were downstairs putting presents under the tree.
Best gift as a kid? Discman in 5th grade
Has your holiday routine changed a lot now that you are an adult? It will this year. I have to work on the 24th, so we'll be at our place instead of either set of parents' for Christmas. I'm happy about that though.
