Mercy- New Labor and Delivery Rooms

Has anyone gone on the tour for the new labor and delivery rooms? I've only seen photos, but would love to hear what someone thinks who has seen them in person!

    They aren't done yet, should be soon though.

    They will be done mid January but they do have one that is complete that they have on they tour. I'm not due til March so we are doing the tour after everything is completed.

    We took the tour last weekend, the tour guide said if you go on the weekends you will be able to tour the new rooms. We did get to see one and they are VERY nice!!

    so, are you in the same room from labor/delivery through postpartum now?  i delivered there in the spring.. hated being transferred to a different room for postpartum..

    Unfortunately about 2 hours after delivery they move you to the the Mother/baby unit where you will stay for the remaining time.
