One stubborn boob

So with dd I was a eper and I was pumping a lot with ds due to many issues I've posted about. For the past 4 weeks I've been mostly breastfeeding. And for 3 weeks I've only pumped once a day in the morning. So now for the past 2 weeks my right boob doesnt want to release any milk. I know it's full because it's hard. If I pump for 45 minutes I will get 4 or so oz which I get from lefty in 20. I've tried switching parts back and forth so it's not a parts issue but what gives!

Could you need a different flange size for that side? I have one of mine that needs a lot of breast compressions to get flowing so maybe give that a try. Also maybe try a hot wash rag before you pump.
