Sofia or Sophia?

I think both are fine, Sofia is Italian and Sophia is Greek.  If that's a factor, I'd pick the one that most honors your family.  If it's not, either works.

I agree with this. I voted for Sophia because I like the way it looks better, but either is fine.

Sofia looks too much like "sofa." JMO.

I like both. I associate the f spelling with a Hispanic background.

I voted for Sophia, but I think Sofia is fine too. I just prefer Sophia.
