not as big as the one I was in with my former nanny kids. That one had over 200 moms. That doesn't mean we all get together at the same time though...we get together different times, different places, whoever can make it. Usually there is about 10 kids at each play date for this smaller group.

I think that you're confusing playgroup with parent/mom forum or parent/mom support group. I've belonged to both over the years and they operate pretty differently.
