Ouch! This sucks! Got rx today for diflucan, but I'm wondering how you others that had to deal with it did? What meds or other precautions did you use? Also can I freeze expressed milk from this time?
Sterilize everything that touches your nipples/baby's mouth (bras, pacis, bottles, pump parts, etc). Also try vinegar rinses (half vinegar half water) on your nipples.
Boil everything! Wash pump parts, bottles and pacis in hot water then did a vinegar/water mix and then boiled all parts. Also you can get Lotramin AF for athletes feet for your nipples. Good luck and Hang in there. We fought for 6 of 7 weeks straight and the diflucan helped LO.

https://www.breastfeedingonline.com/yeast.shtml I didn't do everything she recommends, but I did a lot of it because I wanted it gone! I do sometimes wish I had used the gentian violet from the beginning because it is supposed to be very effective. My thrush had invaded the milk ducts, though, so there was a chance it might not have worked. I still take a daily probiotic and garlic pills. I also give DS a daily probiotic.
As far as freezing milk, this is helpful:
https://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/child/thrushexpressedmilk/ I have probably 100 oz that I froze during theush symptoms. I hope I don't ever need it, but if I do, I will scald and/or mix it with "nonthrush" milk.
Also, you and LO both need to be treated at the same time. That is essential.
Hope this helps.
