How much is your LO napping during the day?  Are they dropping a nap?  DD usually naps 09:30- 10ish, then 12;30-2ish.  The past few days I'm lucky if I get an hour total... like today it's almost 6 pm and she's only napped 1.5 hours since 6 am... she's kind of miserable and won't give in.  So - what's going on in napland for you?

How long is she awake before and between her naps? Maybe she's ready to be awake longer? Lulu naps from around 10 to 11:30, and then from about 2 to 3:30. So 3 hrs total. She sleeps at night from about 8 to 6:30 .

Depends on the day, but Ben generally naps around 12 pm and 5 pm (wakes up around 9 a.m., bedtime is 9/9:30 pm).  He will sometimes sleep for a half hour, other times up to 2 hours.  Just depends on his day and activity level.  If we have a busy day, he normally naps longer.

Austin usually naps at 930 and 230 for an hour and a half to two. If he wakes up before an hour and a half, we leave him. If we get him before, he is a cranky and clingy mess!

Usually DD sleeps 8pm to 8am. First nap around 11 until 1. Second nap around 4 for an hour. We don't do a set schedule so give or take 30 minutes here or there.

Right now she's getting over a cold and teething and DH put her down way too early today so she's having 3 naps. Normally I would try to just do 2 naps but I found her snuggling with a blanket on the floor.

I just did a transition with Eli on his naps. He was taking one 2 hours after waking up, then another in the early afternoon. Now he stays awake longer between the naps so they've been pushed back and so has his bedtime.  His naps are usually about 2 hours long.

DD takes a snooze around 10:30, usually in the car or in the Ergo, since we are out and about with my older daughter. They both take a 2ish hour nap at around 1:30. Up at 7 every morning and down at 8p at night.

She's really been like clockwork sleep-wise until the past few days.  Bedtime at 7... up for the day at 6 am. Often she sleeps in the car for about 20 minutes on the way to daycare at about 7:30.  Then she takes a 30-45 minute nap around 9:30... then at 12:30 it's usually about 2 hours.  Then maybe she'll take another 20 minute nap on the ride home around 4:45 then bedtime at 7.  The second nap of the day has been shrinking a little, but nothing like this sleep depravation schedule she's been running on the past couple days.  Thanks, guys!!

Naps have just started being "easy" for us... they were a constant work in progress from about 3 months onward! 

L takes two naps... the first around 9:30 or 10 and the second anywhere from 2 to 3:30 (just depends on what we're doing for the day).  Morning nap is usually shorter - sometimes just 30 minutes, sometimes an hour.  It's rare that she takes a long nap in the morning. Afternoon nap has just started running 1.5 - 2 hours on the regular.  She goes to bed for the night at 7:30 and wakes up anywhere from 6:30 to 7:30 in the morning (sometimes with one nursing session in the early morning / sometimes she STTN).

Well we wake at 8.

First nap: 11 -11:30/12

Second nap 2-3

Third nap 5-6

Down for bed by 9.

This is not every day. Sometimes he'll sleep for 40 minutes, other times he'll sleep for 2 hours. It all depends on his mood, I suppose.

I wonder if you kept her up more in the A.M she'd take a nap later in the day?
