Constant upset stomach after C-section

Since my CS I?ve been experiencing constant loose, diarrhea like stools. Has anyone else experienced this? I?m starting to worry about why this is happening and wonder if it has something to do with my bowels to normalize after surgery...

    It's been about a week since my CS and I've only taken Motrin or Tylenol...

    Hmm - is your stomach upset or do you just have diarrhea when you go?  If you don't "feel sick" but just have watery stools, I am wondering if it is just due to your body finally releasing all the retained fluids....
