I use total baby, keeps up with feedings, sleep, baths, etc. It also has a plce for you to input vaccines and measurements. I'm really anal so I take measurements every month and enter them in... it'll also give you percentiles once you enter in the new info

I only do weight because he's huge and I'm curious. But I take it with a grain of salt because our weighing system is quite unscientific. Recently we can sit him down on the bathroom scale and that works, but before that it was the ol' hop on the scale with him, hop on without him, subtract, method.
I track in the webMD ap. It's got a cute baby book section that I like to put pictures in for firsts and it reminds you to take a pic each week. IT might be late to get started on it but you can at least track the measurements if you want to.
nyc has a standard 'health record' for babies that each child gets at birth. it has immunizations, weights and measures, screening tests, vision, hearing etc. it basically covers the first 5 years.
I did at first just because I wanted to but stopped doing it myself after he was 3 months. But I still keep track and put the ones the dr takes into the app I have, I have Android and use "Baby growth tracker" it's easy to use and it gives you percentages and a growth curve.
After 2years TTC and 1yr,2mo waiting for an adoption match, our blessing is here!
