LO sleeping on side

As I mentioned in a previous post we are transitioning DD to her crib from her RnP.  We have her sleeping on her side.  I create a U-shape with a towel under her sheet from a recommendation from TB. But I am definitely paranoid about her sleeping on her side.  If your LO sleeps on his or her side so you prop them up on both their back and front?

Lo sleeps so much better on his side. He usually ends up on his back at some point. I have a rolled up receiving blanket behind him to prop him up.
