stupid Droid (nttcalr)

I have had a Droid 4 for about 3 weeks now. so far it has stopped recieving data 3 times now. I have to clear everything back to factory settings. the first time I was on the phone with customer service for an hour 4 days after I got the phone. This is the only complaint that I have of the phone but its getting old. They said that sometimes the apps aren't compatable but the only app I have this time is FF. Any body else have this phone & have the same problem? This is going to be a P&R b/c I'm about to go to bed. Thanks for listening to my technology difficultiies!

I had issues with mine at first doing the exact same thing. Mine ended up being the task killer app that was causing the issue - I took it in and the guy said that it was causing all kinds of issues and ever since we got rid of that one and downloaded another one it has been fine. FF has caused no issues for me. What kind of Droid do you have?
