Warming out welcome

We just transfered to FL for the Navy and we're waiting for our house we bought here to close....finally happening this Friday. While we have been here we have been staying with DH's parents and while I love them to death, they are really starting to get on my nerves! Ahhhhhh

Just now FIL claimed DS's jumparoo was interfiering with his TV signal....lol ya righttttttt. Ok so that was nothing but it's just all the small and major stuff building!

Sometimes DS is crying and I know it's cause he's tired...he rubs his eyes....and I usually rock him to get to sleep but the IL's insist something is wrong and always take him away and play with him and he ends up not getting a nap. We haven't started solids yet but DS is interested...I didn't see it at first but the MIL put some banana on his lips and he ate it! OMG I was soooooooo pissed! Luckily DH piped up and told her not to do that. Other times FIL keeps insisting to give DS water and I say no he gets it from the BM and he acts all offended which makes me feel bad.

Ughhh thanks for letting me vent...I know it's all petty stuff but I am so ready to move into our own place already!

I know how you feel. We were displaced due to hurricane sandy and stayed w my inlaws for a week. They are wonderful and I was so grateful that we had a warm place to stay, but after a few days I needed a break!

When I felt like I was going to lose it, I would just go to the room we were staying in when dd was asleep, and lay down in there. Don't care if I was being antisocial, I needed some me time!
