Anyone use a Clarisonic?

Opinions?  I'm debating getting one and the amazon reviews are mostly glowing but I trust you all more

I LOVE my Clarisonic.  I got a few months ago for my birthday and have been very happy with it.  I use it every other day, but my face feels so much smoother now.  I live in a very humid part of the country and my face gets oily and dirty quickly.  Using the clarisonice has really  helped control the oil.

I highly recommend it.

I LOVE mine!  Things felt and looked great the first week then got kinda gross/break outs/etc. for a couple of weeks - apparently this is because it's really deep cleaning your face and bringing all kinds of buried gunk to the surface.  After that period of it-gets-worse-before-it-gets-better it has been smooth sailing, literally, ever since.  I've been using mine 2x/day for over a year now - LOVE.

I have the Mia and I freaking love it. I use it daily and it has completely transformed my skin. People comment all the time how great it looks, it's just brighter, clearer. Now when I wash my face without it it doesn't even feel clean.

Ive had the Olay one for a year. I'm happy with it. It was much cheaper than the Clarsonic. Cvs does a store brand one that is even less expensive but I don't know anyone who has tried it.

I have the i-skin one from Sally's and love it.  only $30 and it looks the same to me.

I don't think I could use something mechanized to clean my face.  Face skin is so delicate.  It just doesn't seem to be right for me.

Yeah, I'm nervous about the break-out period in the first few weeks.  I read all the 1 star reviews on Amazon and about 1/2 of them mentioned this.  Just have to remember that a) I don't have super sensitive skin and b) an initial break-out is to be expected.

I really want to love this thing.  My skin is starting to look it's age   It's not as smooth and tight as it once was and I've got some discoloration that I'd love to get rid of.

I got one for my birthday a month ago and absolutely love it! I swear my skin looks a few years younger and it is clear and smooth. It was really breaking out for a bit after I first started using it and I was worried that it was money wasted. But, I don't ever want to go without it now.
