Liz or anyone else with a tricycle

What kind do you have if your kiddo likes it? I saw the pic Liz posted of Li on hers... It looked like one of the trikes with the handle on the back for an adult to hold onto/steer with. I think I'll add this to Wes' Christmas list.

If your baby is crazy, do NOT get the Little Tikes tricycle. Violet loves it, but she stands up on it and the safety straps do not got over her shoulders and it's a tipping hazard and very difficult to steer. It's pretty much useless until she is old enough to pedal it on her own.

This is the one that we have, my mom bought it for her for her birthday. Also, the sun shade is useless.

We have the same one for DD and I hate it. Those wheels are so effing loud.

We have this one.  N can't use it solo yet but he *loves* to be pushed around the house on it.  It's foldable, which is weird and might come in handy some day?  I guess if we were going to bring it to my sisters, like a bbq?  or camping?  Though we don't camp.. so..  He really likes it and I like that he can grow into it.

This is the one we got for DD for her 1st birthday and I would definitely recommend it.  It comes in different colors and you can find a better deal but this brand is/was the best IMO.  She just grew out of it this summer because her legs are too long.

Crystal is correct, as always.  I got it from Buy Buy Baby... Li LOVES it.  The handle bar locks so she can't turn it as you are pushing.  The pedals also lock, but I haven't figured that out yet.  The link won't open for me, but it was $199 at BBB.

We have the Tricycoo and Olivia loves it.  We are starting to use it in place of the stroller now which is great.  The only downside is that she can turn the handlebar but for now she really enjoys just riding in it.  When we take her out of it, she throws a massive fit so I consider it a success!  

I found it on Amazon for $85 in October.
