What ? To ask ...

I have what would have been my 8 week appointment with my OB on Wednesday. The ER doctor who saw me during my miscarriage told me to keep the appointment and do a follow up. What should I ask? I know I'm going to be upset and nervous and forget it all if I don't write it down. TIA

I responded to this question on your intro post, but I'm mobile bumping and can't easily cut and paste! I would ask your Dr. how long you need to wait to TTC and how long to abstain from sexual contact. As someone else said in your other post, you can see if the Dr. is going to track your levels to zero. If not, many women use cheapie hpts to figure it out on their own by waiting for a negative test. Good luck at your appointment!

I second what the PP's said.

How long you need to wait to TTC, sexual activities etc... writing it down is super important also cause if your anything like me you'll forget everything the moment you see the white coat.

This and I would add...

One question we get here a lot is When will AF show?  It is different for everyone.  I have a history of irregular periods so when 6 weeks had passed and she had not shown they put me on progestrorne.  So you might ask how long you can go without AF before you call her.  The norm is 60 days, but I don't know your history.
