Hmmmm. Well, sports related games I guess. We have the M&D bean bag toss which is kind of fun (I like playing it more than my kids I think LOL). We also have a little bowling set I got them for their bday from amazon but they struggle w/ that still so mommy likes that one better than them too.
I am getting my kids a hopscotch mat for Xmas (not sure how old yours are but mine will be almost 3 1/2 at xmas) that I'm hoping they'll like, we've done it on the sidewalk a little.
Groovy had some great ideas. We have the bowling set and DD likes it. I am thinking about getting a hopscotch mat because she has seen other little girls play and loves the idea of it (she doesn't quite know what she is supposed to really do yet but she loves jumping from box to box).
There are also games like Gator Golf, Crocodile Hop, those dance mats like dance revolution (they have a huge version of a dance revolution mat at our children's museum and the kids love playing with it - a search for dance mats on Amazon will give you a bunch of different kinds for all different ages), Twister (there there is Twister hopscotch, Twister dance...), Giraffalaff Limbo
