With DD1 I had supply issues and couldn't pump more than 2 oz when I went back to work. I took all of your advice for my DS that was born a month ago and it actually worked.
Goes I show you that being diligent with pumping works!
I've drank at least 40oz of water a day but shoot for 60. Pump at 3 times a day the same time one after his am feed around 5am. After he wakes up in the am around 9. Then after he goes down for the night at 10 or 11. Lately I've had to add a session I around 4 or 5pm because I'm super engorged but half the time he gets a bottle then.
So a HUGE thank you to all the regulars on this board!

Thanks! Yeah I know that. We were in the process of setting up the new freezer after grocery shopping and I had no room for all the milk. So while I waited for the other freezer to get cold I had the BM in the door. It made it look like so much more when I put it in the door lol
