Had my son here in August. Looking for some super cheap or free mommy and baby classes for us to attend. Even exercise classes that I can do with him. Ideas?

Check out your county's parks and rec department. They often offer cheap mom and me classes.

I've seen moms in Peidmont Park who are working out with their strollers. I think the classes are through Oh Baby! Fitness.

Whole Foods does a story/craft time with a free snack.  Lasts about an hour.
