So, my RE did my scan this morning and he didn't really count my follies, he just said I have a lead follie on each side that he isn't concerned, but it is a 14mm and there are lots and lots of 12mm follies. He said that everything looks great my lining is at a 12 and my E2 is 459 and he is pleased with that number. They are upping my follistim again, from 225 to 300.
They are having me come in for scan #3 on Tuesday and hope to trigger me that night and do retrieval on Thursday!
Please send any extra prayers my way. I have been getting really nervous and starting to stress (sweating pits in the RE office today). I am trying my best not too, but I can't help it.

Re: 2nd Follie Check
I agree, no need to worry about the size of the follies. If you had a 14 and your next biggest was, say, 10, then I'd be concerned. As long as most of them are close in size, you'll be fine.
Last time, on the day of trigger, I had 10 that ranged from 15-20.5, as well as some 12 and smaller. Some of those 12's must have even made it, because they retrieved 12 eggs.
My follies are smaller, but my E2 is higher (807), so I think that's why your Follistim is being increased, whereas mine is being decreased. I asked the nurse why it was decreasing despite the size, and she thought it was due to the E2. Seeing your results makes me think that's the reason.
Try not to stress out, your RE is tweaking your meds to get you the best results possible, and it will all work out in the end. I'm gonna go post my monitoring results in another thread, if you want all the details.
