At first I was given a very girly looking one, so DH used his old backpack as his dad bag. The strap on mine broke though and I bought a basic gender neutral one that doesn't offend DHs manliness, so now we just use the one.

I hardly ever use our diaper bag. It is so much easier for me to just throw a first aide kit, a few diapers, and some snacks in my purse. It hasn't bitten me in the butt yet but I'm sure it will soon.

I have a Vera Bradly diaper bag. The happy snails pattern. My DH and 12 year old son look awesome holding it.
I'm about to get a new purse that is just big enough to hold a diaper and a small pack of wipes. Now that she eats real food I am done with the huge bag.

We use one for everyday and one for daycare. But usually I bring her bag and leave it in the car. My purse is big enough to carry a couple diapers, wipes, and a paci and a small burp cloth if she's congested. The diaper bag carries the gas meds, more diapers, and an extra outfit and socks.
