Advice please

I have a red bump on my left boob that isn't painful. There is a dark spot in the centre. Also, the same breasts nipple is swollen. Is this a plugged duct? I have been putting warm compresses on it but nothing has changed in 24 hours. Any advice would be helpful. LC is closed for the weekend and I would love to avoid a visit to the doctors with my 12 day old if possible.

I'm not sure if its a plugged duct, but with those symptoms I'd at least call your LC. In the past, I've seen the LC and she has called my OB for prescription for me. I never even had to go to the OBs office. Maybe you'll be lucky and can avoid taking your LO to the drs office.
