Diaper bag recs?

So, I pulled a FTM and bought the not-practical cutesy diaper bag. It's been ok, but I'm tired of lugging the huge thing around and never being able to find anything in it.

I need something that I can toss a bottle, some cheerios, a few toys, diapers/wipes and a change of clothes into.

Can you help me?

I can help you because I made the same mistake.  I just bought a Ju-Ju-Be and I love it.  It is more purse like but still seems to have plenty of room and lots of nice pockets.
