FW question

Ok. So I need some expert help here. I am not sure if I should dtd everyday or every other day of my FW. I have heard its every other so sperm doesn't get depleted or has time to regenerate. Is this right? Wrong? What days to I need to dtd during FW to have the best chance of conception [I realize I am suppose to aim for 2 days preovulation and day of O] Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)
