Will I be able to nurse???

I have a benign lump in my breast. Earlier this year my doctor performed a mammatome and took a piece of the lump to test it and thank God it is benign. He placed a metal clip on the lump during the surgery so in case it was something that needed to be fully removed they could find it easier. Should I be able to breastfeed with a lump and metal clip in my breast??? Thank you for any advice.

    Shouldn't be a problem.  I too had a small benign cyst removed surgically from my left breast.  I've been EBF for 2 weeks now and it hasn't been an issue at all. GL
