Pumping getting more painful?

I am EP and have been pumping for about 7 weeks...it's recently gotten way more painful. When the pump first goes sometimes its so bad it makes me nauseated.  It's been happening a few days and still no fever or anything.  Anyone else experience this?  Any ideas what it could be?

    Are your pump flanges still the right size? I had to downsize once my supply regulated and I was less engorged far more comfortable now.

    hmm...I could investigate that.

    Have you taken antibiotics lately? If so, it could be a yeast infection within your breast. They are soul-shatteringly painful when you pump.
