Why is it possibly not safe while breastfeeding? Google gave not much info and I ate one today. So proud of myself for being healthy! Then I read that it may not be safe?

Why would it not be safe?  I have eaten pom seeds and DD is fine.  I would think that in moderation it would be fine.

This is a new one for me... I love pomegranate...and I haven't had any issues with eating it...What was the rationale?
