Night leaking

I don't like to wear a bra at night, as lo has an erratic schedule 6 week old and so sometimes I get really engorged at night. I think I got plugged ducts as a result of the engorgement and I tend to sleep on my side.

Since I've stopped wearing a bra, I think I've fixed the plugged duct issue but now I'm trying to figure out what to do about leaking. I've tried wearing the pads on the wrong side, sticky side on my skin, but that side is not very absorbent. I've tried the silicone thingys but still get a milk bath when I'm feeding lo.

Any other suggestions on what I can use? I'm thinking about getting first aid tape and taping the pads on, but I think it may be uncomfortable to remove it for middle of the night feeds.

I slept top less on a towel. It should regulate soon. Now I sleep in a nursing tank, no bra, and rarely leak.

I always wear a nursing tank, rarely wear a bra and just stick the pad into my tank. I do this for day and night with no problems.

I slept with a burp cloth underneath me worked great!

This. And when I wake up to feed I change them if they need changing.

This for me, once my supply regulated I rarely if at all leak.
